Frequently Asked Questions

  How do we structure our relationship?

In the beginning of our relationship we will prepare a service contract reflecting the services to be provided and the fees associated. We will decide together on a schedule and discuss the deadlines, if any, for delivery. We will bill on a biweekly or monthly basis based on the volume and frequency of services and the payment will be due within 10 days of the invoice date.

  What documents do I need to provide in the beginning of our relationship?

We will require historical documents and reports of your current financial data. We will review and analyze the data and prepare a document highlighting all additional information needed in order to start processing the work.

  How do we collect your data?

You can either fax or mail your information to our office for processing. Clients also have the option of scanning documents and e-mailing them. When dealing with local businesses/individuals, we will pick up and deliver the information to you.

  Do I have access to my company’s QuickBooks data?

If you prefer to check your data in QuickBooks we can arrange to maintain your books on our server accessible to you via internet at any time. Bookkeeping can also be processed on your own computer via remote entry.   

  What if I change my mind and want to cancel the services?

You are free to cancel services at any time. The only thing we require is to advise us of your intentions 30 days prior to terminating the relationship. We will make sure to provide you with a backup of your company’s file and will return all of your information/data in our possession.
